Nassau County Inter-League is designed for U9 and above players who are looking for something between recreational intramural play and the full commitment of travel soccer. It's a structured, scheduled league that keeps the competitive spirit of the game while keeping development — not pressure — at the center.
InterLeague gives players the structure of a real league with the flexibility families need — organized by LIJSL with the same level of support and administration as our travel teams. Every club, coach, and player can count on competitive scheduling, consistent oversight, and a program that grows with them.
